Highway Dispos operates two Michigan cannabis retail locations, each licensed independently by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA) and the Michigan Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA) where applicable. License numbers, business names, and licensed addresses are disclosed below as required by Michigan law.

Cannabis is for adults 21 and older. Everything we sell at Highway Dispos is intended for the personal, adult use of the customer who purchased it. Please use responsibly.
For free, confidential help with problem cannabis use, contact the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services substance-use resources at michigan.gov/mdhhs or call the Michigan 211 helpline by dialing 211 from any phone.
Statements about cannabis and any of our products on this website have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Discussion of cannabinoid effects, dosing ranges, or wellness uses, including in our Sunrise Coast Relief product line, is informational only and is not a substitute for a conversation with a licensed medical professional.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under United States federal law. As a result, federal banking regulations restrict cannabis retailers from accepting credit cards and from offering many standard financial services. At both Highway Dispos locations, we accept cash and debit cards. We do not accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. We do not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment networks that route through credit-card rails. An ATM is available in each store. This is a federal restriction that applies to every licensed cannabis retailer in the United States, not a Highway Dispos policy.

Michigan law requires that only adults 21 and older enter a licensed cannabis retail store or purchase cannabis products. Highway Dispos verifies age at the door and again at the point of sale. This website also requires you to confirm you are 21 or older on your first visit, and stores your confirmation for the duration of your browser session.
Acceptable forms of ID at our Standish and Au Gres stores include: a valid US state driver's license or state-issued ID card, a valid US passport, or a valid US military ID. Out-of-state IDs are accepted as long as they are valid and unexpired. We reserve the right to refuse service if an ID appears altered, expired, or cannot be verified.
If you are under 21, please leave this website and return when you are of legal age. Providing a fraudulent ID to obtain cannabis is a criminal offense under Michigan law.

1. Acceptance. By using hwydispos.com, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be 21 years of age or older to use this website or purchase products from Highway Dispos. By using this website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Intended use. This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate orders for in-store pickup at the Highway Dispos Standish and Au Gres locations in Michigan. This website is not a cannabis sales platform outside of Michigan. Orders placed through this website or linked menu systems (such as Dutchie) are fulfilled only at our licensed retail locations with a valid ID present at pickup.
4. No medical advice. Information on this website is not medical advice. Highway Dispos does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Consult a licensed medical provider for health questions.
5. Accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. All such information is subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee accuracy at any particular time. In-store pricing and availability control over this website in the event of any conflict.
6. Intellectual property. The Highway Dispos name, the Highway Dispos shield marks (HW-61, HW-23, and future variants), the Green Mitten Pharms name and badge, and the Sunrise Coast Relief name and mark are owned by Highway Dispos LLC. Do not use these marks without written permission.
7. Third-party services. This website links to third-party services including Dutchie (our online menu provider) and other providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Highway Dispos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability will not exceed the value of any purchase you made through this website in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the courts of Arenac County, Michigan, or Iosco County, Michigan, at Highway Dispos's election.

What we collect.When you visit hwydispos.com, we collect standard web-traffic information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time on site. When you use our linked menu system (Dutchie) to place an order, Dutchie collects your name, contact information, order history, and payment information under its own privacy policy. When you sign up for our loyalty program at either store, we collect your name, phone number or email address, and date of birth, and we maintain a record of your purchases.
How we use it.We use this information to operate the website, understand how customers find and use our services, improve our stores and offerings, send transactional messages (order ready, pickup confirmations), and send marketing messages only if you have opted in.
Who we share it with.We share information with third-party services we use to operate: Dutchie for menu and order processing, our loyalty program vendor, and our analytics and advertising platforms. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when required by law, including in response to a subpoena or lawful order from the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency, Michigan Department of Treasury, or other government agency with jurisdiction.
Your choices.You can opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP to any SMS or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion by emailing privacy@hwydispos.com. Certain data is retained for regulatory compliance and cannot be deleted on request.
Children.This website is not directed at anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a person under 21 has provided us with information, please contact privacy@hwydispos.com.
Changes.We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the bottom of this section will reflect the most recent update.

Highway Dispos uses a small number of cookies to operate this website. The most important one is the age-verification cookie, which remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older so we do not have to ask you again during the same browser session. That cookie is session-only and is deleted when you close the browser.
We also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors find and use hwydispos.com. Analytics cookies do not identify you personally. If you want to opt out of analytics cookies, you can do so through your browser settings, or through the analytics provider's opt-out tools.
Third-party services we link to, including Dutchie, may set their own cookies when you use them. Those cookies are governed by the third-party service's cookie policy.
